Marina Bykova
Marina is a recipient of the Under 35 Changemaker Award 2022 by PMI Sweden for her dedication to fostering Agile way of working in Gothenburg.
31 years old, is an Owner, Agile Coach and IT Project Manager at PerformLab AB.
Marina is a positive and experienced management consultant, who focuses on agile mindset and building trust and high performance within the distributed international teams. She works with Agile coaching and IT project management at her own company PerformLab AB. She worked on various projects within Medical, IT, Automotive (WirelessCar, Volvo), Telecom (Ericsson) sectors, as well as in startups and municipalities. She is also a board member at Agile Gothenburg/Sweden, a non-profit organisation.
Her journey started with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and Management at the University of Gothenburg, and thesis work at Ericsson on “Implementing agile methodologies in a highly distributed, global enterprise: challenges and improvement proposals”.
She is passionate about using technology for creating a positive social impact and has volunteered for a number of organisations such as DataTjej, FSCON’s, AIESEC, Openhack. She was a council member in student parliament and a Vice President at GISA.
She was awarded a Finalist in “Diversity challenge” 2014 by Academic Search and a Semifinalist of “Year’s IT Woman” 2013 by Microsoft, Stockholm.
Marina is a certified SCRUM Master and also holds Organic Agility and DASA DevOps Leader certifications.
