Xiping joined Volvo Cars in 2012 as a bachelor of engineering from Tongji University in Shanghai and moved to Sweden at the end of 2015. She has broad experience in automotive engineering, leading agile development and program management. She is focusing now on encouraging and executing innovations, building features to improve customer experience. This contributes to the company's purposes - Personal, Sustainable, and Safe.
She takes on complicated tasks through communication and forming relationships to drive results. Besides being a business developer, Xiping is also part of a team accelerating software flow setup and culture change.
