Do you know IKEA? Then you should also know IKEA Digital Project Office or as we call it DPO!
DPO consist of 6 teams with a total of 60+ project leaders. We are project management professionals with a focus on delivering measurable business value and are constantly looking for new talented colleagues to join our teams. We do not care if you are tall or short but what is important is that you have the right attitude and can get things done combined with a university degree and a good mixture of business and IT knowledge. Your business knowledge can span from Supply Chain to Finance and HR but if you are young and not with major experiences, do not worry, what is important is that you are willing to learn.
We set the digital agenda to keep IKEA leading in an uncertain and fast-moving environment. We drive the development, provision and operation of our digital products and services using new and existing technology and agile delivery methods to deliver at pace. Being the Center of Excellence of Project Management at IKEA, we also take responsibility outside Group Digital for some of our important change initiatives.
